DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From 610 North (Galleria area) going South Exit Fournace. Take the u-turn under 610 at Fournace. Follow the feeder North and then take the u-turn under 610 at Westpark. Foundation Surgical Hospital/Medical Tower building is on the right.
From 610 South going North Exit Westpark Take the u-turn under 610 onto the feeder road going South. Foundation Surgical Hospital/Medical Tower building is on the right.
From 59 North going South Exit Newcastle Turn Left onto Newcastle going under 59. Turn Right onto Westpark and then turn Left onto the 610 feeder. Foundation Surgical Hospital/Medical Tower building is on the right.
From 59 South going North Exit Chimney Rock Turn Right onto Chimney Rock, then go to Westpark and turn Left. Follow Westpark to the 610 feeder road and turn Right onto the feeder. Foundation Surgical Hospital/Medical Tower building is on the right.
From Westpark Toll Road going East Exit Westpark Turn Right onto the 610 feeder road going South. Foundation Surgical Hospital/Medical Tower building is on the right.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From I-10 going East Take I-10 toward US 69 N to Dowlen Road . Next take Dowlen Road exit and turn left onto Dowlen Rd. Continue on Dowlen Rd to Folsom Dr located immediately after the Kroger shopping center and turn right. Proceed to Pointe Parkway and turn right. Driveway will be on the right. Located on the corner of Folsom Dr and Pointe Parkway in the One Folsom Building.
From I-10 going West Take US 69 S to Dowlen Rd exit. Next, turn right onto Dowlen Rd. Continue on Dowlen Rd to Folsom Dr. located immediately after the Kroger shopping center and turn right.
